Baked Ziti

I had a craving for pasta. I prepared some whole-wheat spirals. While they were boiling, I put a block of firm silken tofu in a blender with lemon juice, basil, garlic, salt, and a little frozen spinach. After the pasta was done, I poured it in this little casserole dish and added the tofu blender mix and some Prego Traditional, stirred, and put in the oven at 375 for about 15 minutes.

  1. I make something like that too. It's really good and filling. I add Nate's meatless meatballs and some Vegan Gourmet cheese to mine too. My little one just eats it right up.

  3. Prego is loaded with sugar, its kinda vile. Id get a nice can of san marzano's and make some yummy sauce.

  5. Thanks, but I think Muir Glen is bland and tastes like crap. I'll keep my sugar-filled artificial Prego.
