
Tomorrow's lunch: Whole wheat bread with
Tofurky slices with avocado and
Vegenaise. Vegenaise is a mayonnaise dressing without eggs, and it's quite good. I'll add a couple clementines and two
Newman-O's.
So far, there's a lot of "fake meat" meals. I don't usually use this much of it, and like to incorporate tofu and seitan into meals as protein sources.
