
Mix one cup of tahini, one tablespoon of maple syrup, and one tablespoon of ground flax seeds. It's a great dip for veggies or bread. I tried a version of this at Whole Foods, but with almond butter instead of tahini and that was really good too.

Tahini rocks... I've been making my own out of organic sesame seeds.. yum! When I was a little girl I ate tahini and honey sandwiches instead of peanut butter and jelly.. I still love tahini sandiwches.
I never thought of mixing tahini with sweetness... i'll try. Thanks!
