Wrap
Lunch today is a whole wheat flatbread wrap with baby spinach, tofurky, avocado, ketchup, and Nayonaise. It's the same bread that I used for yesterday's quesadilla.

Tor some reason, I never ever tire of wraps. They are always satisfying, yet they're so easy to make.
Oooo those look great!! The only tofurky I can find is the whole feast in a box :P
That looks so good.. wraps are so easy and good.
How good that looks! I made a vegan wrap with honey mustard and hummus on the 4th of July!! Love this one, VeganDoc!
