Sweet Potato Cornbread
Mmmmm! I haven't baked cornbread in a long time. It is soooo good! I got this recipe from How it All Vegan. Since I have no willpower, I'll be sharing my sweet potato cornbread with the cath lab tomorrow.
What a great idea to put sweet potatoes in cornbread.

BTW--I never use a candy thermometer to make candy (Don't even own one). I use a glass of water to test the candy instead. I'll post a recipe this weekend.
