Vegan Pizza


With great toppings, who needs cheese? Seriously!

Whole Foods pizza dough (from the freezer section), Whole Foods organic pasta sauce, frozen spinach, frozen mushrooms, and leftover Lightlife burger crumbles. Baked in the oven for 25 minutes at 375 degrees. I should have baked it longer, as it came out a bit doughey, but it tasted great.

It looks great, but you need to get yourself a pizza stone. It's relatively inexpensive and you won't believe how much better the crust comes out. I recommend it as a holiday present to yourself, if you can't ever so subtly suggest it to someone to give to you!
