One of Many Reasons I Love LA

This restaurant is on the way between the two hospitals I work at. I tried it out for the first time tonight for a Seitan wrap as dinner on the go. The wrap was delicious and the folks behind the counter were really nice people. They're going to be seeing a lot more of me.
I can't get over how easy it is to be vegan in LA!

it's amazing how many vegan-friendly eating establishments are opening up EVERYWHERE - I live on the East Coast, and now more than ever are restaurants opening up that are specifically geared toward vegans and vegetarians; and even places that aren't, still have a good variety of veg-friendly entrèes on their menus. yay for a veg-revolution! :0)

that's awesome! I think it is probably harder to be an omnivore there...

I might have to move to LA. I looooovvvee Thai food. I wish more veg places would open in the Midwest.

Have you tried Real Food Daily (vegan)? I could eat there daily. Also I love Leaf, one of my favorite raw food places. In K-town I'm a big fan of BCD Tofu House.
