Salad
I had this as part of my dinner last night -- organic lettuce, beets, cannelini beans, and artichoke hearts. It was easy to throw together and very filling.

Here in Puerto Rico it's a bit hard to get organic food or I have to pay loads for it. I like the Soy Milk no more allergies and I've noticed my skin has improved.
