Baked Ziti
I had a craving for pasta. I prepared some whole-wheat spirals. While they were boiling, I put a block of firm silken tofu in a blender with lemon juice, basil, garlic, salt, and a little frozen spinach. After the pasta was done, I poured it in this little casserole dish and added the tofu blender mix and some Prego Traditional, stirred, and put in the oven at 375 for about 15 minutes.

I make something like that too. It's really good and filling. I add Nate's meatless meatballs and some Vegan Gourmet cheese to mine too. My little one just eats it right up.
Awesome idea!
aww, you think my blog is good :) that's nice. i think your blog is fab too ;)
Prego is loaded with sugar, its kinda vile. Id get a nice can of san marzano's and make some yummy sauce.
or if not, at least try muir glen
Thanks, but I think Muir Glen is bland and tastes like crap. I'll keep my sugar-filled artificial Prego.
