Whole Wheat Pasta with Yellow Squash and Spinach


The yellow squash was sauteed with some sea salt and pepper in olive oil for about 5 minutes. I added some frozen spinach, and then some traditional Prego.

After my 2500 meter swim, this meal hit the spot.
