Kidney beans are one of my favorite things to just randomly throw into recipes so it looks good to me ;)

I still think it looks like a version of cholent! :o) I love the color kidney beans add...
Hmmm... this looks like a quick and easy vegan dinner that would be perfect for football practice nights :) Do you usually serve it with any other dishes (rice, tofu, tempeh, etc)?
